Celsius
Definition:
[SEHL-see-uhs] A temperature scale (also called centigrade) in which 0 degrees represents freezing and 100 degrees represents the boiling point. The scale was devised by the Swedish astronomer Anders Celsius. To convert Celsius temperatures to fahrenheit, multiply the Celsius figure by 9, divide by 5 and add 32.
