Muscadet
Definition:
[meuhs-kah-DAY] The French produce this light, dry white wine from Muscadet grapes grown in the Loire Valley. Although not as great as other French whites (like burgundy and chablis), Muscadet is quite good, particularly in light of its reasonable price. It should be served chilled and goes nicely with fish, shellfish and poultry.
