Thuringer sausage
Definition:
[THOOR-ihn-juhr; TOOR-ihn-juhr] Any of several fresh and smoked sausages named for the former German region of Thuringia. Thuringers include some cervelats and blood sausages. The spice coriander is integral to many of these sausages. See also sausage.
